Delivery Policy
General Information.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.Â
Delivery Location.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to physical addresses. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.
Delivery Time.
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
In-store pickup will be ready in 24 hours.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on weekends.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

You can provide shipping instructions by adding order notes when checking out on the website.

Shipping Costs.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.Â

Returns & Exchanges Policy
The customer is allowed to inspect the goods on delivery, and if the parcel is incorrect, they can liaise with the FASHION YINAHE online customer services department to have it returned and their payment reimbursed.
 COOLING-OFF PERIOD, GOODS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Below is the FASHION YINAHE returns policy.
We will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 days of the date of delivery/receipt provided that:
- The original invoice is presented on the return as proof of purchase.
- The price (swing) ticket is attached.
- The item has not been worn or used.
- Swimwear has the protective strip attached.
- The item is in its original condition and packaging.
- Items sold with promotional gifts are returned together with the gift.

EXCEPTIONS.
- No returns of underwear or boxers or panties will be permitted
- No returns of swimwear without the protective strip will be permitted.
- No returns of any body-piercing jewelry (including earrings) will be permitted.
- No returns of Sale items will be permitted
- Any factory fault must be reported in 3 days on the received parcel thru our support email address.Â
- To request a refund, the parcel must be returned within 4 working days after receipt.Â
RETURN PROCESS.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, you need to follow all the criteria in the process below:
RETURNING ONLINE.
Please note the following when returning:
- Fashion Yinahe online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.yinahetrading.africweb.co.za
- All returns will be exchanged for different items or refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- Please send it back to the address below, and we will exchange and send it back. Please write a clear note on the item you want to exchange, saying which size, color, or item you want to exchange it with.
- You can return the parcel using any courier company that will deliver to the address below.
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- We don’t accept a return after 14 working days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Yellow Sub Trading is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- If you receive the wrong parcel, phone our customer service call center on +27 66 319 4164 or send email to info@fashionyinahe.co.za and log the return with them. They will organize a courier company to collect the parcel.
- Returns are free of charge for the incorrect delivery, but the original courier fee will not be refunded.
- Visit any of our stores, and our staff will assist you with your return. Please note the original courier fee will not be refunded.
- You will need to bring in an invoice for your order that you receive with your package as proof of purchase in order for our staff to assist you with your return.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like a different color or size, you can exchange the item at any FASHION YINAHE store.
- For in-store exchanges, you will need to bring in a printed copy of your order confirmation email with you as proof of purchase in order for our staff to assist you with your exchange.
