- How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and selected mobile payment options. - Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. - How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during busy periods, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. - Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your package. - Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we do. Items must be returned within 7–14 days (depending on your policy), unworn and in original condition with tags. Please visit our Returns page for full details. - What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
We’re really sorry! Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund. - Do you offer different sizes?
Yes, most of our items are available in a full range of sizes. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for more accurate fitting. - Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
